Official service portals; payment is completed externally
- বিলের সরবরাহকারীর সরকারি পোর্টাল ব্যবহার করুন।
- গ্রাহক নম্বর ও পরিশোধের মাস মিলিয়ে নিন; ফি দেখানোর পর সিদ্ধান্ত নিন।
- লেনদেনের রসিদ ও রিচার্জ টোকেন নিরাপদে রাখুন।
- টোকেন গ্রহণ না হলে ম্যানুয়ালের নির্দেশনা বা সরবরাহকারীর সহায়তা নিন; অজানা কোড বারবার ব্যবহার করবেন না।
