- বিলের মাস, গ্রাহক নম্বর ও ট্যারিফ শ্রেণি আপনার কাগজের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে দেখুন।
- একই kWh রেজিস্টারের বর্তমান ও আগের রিডিং বিয়োগ করুন; মিটার বদলালে দুটি মিটারের রিডিং বিয়োগ করবেন না।
- এনার্জি, ডিমান্ড, ভাড়া, ভ্যাট, বকেয়া ও অন্যান্য সমন্বয় আলাদা খাত হিসেবে তুলনা করুন।
- অস্বাভাবিক পার্থক্য থাকলে রসিদ ও তারিখসহ অভিযোগের রেফারেন্স রাখুন।
Read your electricity bill
- Match the period, account and tariff category against your bill.
- Subtract readings from the same kWh register; do not subtract readings from different meters after replacement.
- Compare energy, demand, rent, VAT, arrears and adjustments separately.
- Keep receipts, dates and a complaint reference when querying a discrepancy.
