Model-specific instructions; FAQ figures can conflict
- মিটারের ব্র্যান্ড, মডেল, ফেজ ও কীপ্যাড/কার্ডের ধরন দেখুন।
- মিটার গাইডে সেই প্রকাশিত স্কোপের কোডই ব্যবহার করুন। টাকায় ব্যালেন্স ও kWh এক নয়।
- প্রথমে রিচার্জের রসিদে ভ্যাট, ভাড়া, ডিমান্ড, বকেয়া বা ইমার্জেন্সি ক্রেডিট আদায় দেখুন।
- ব্যবহারের কারণে মাঝের সময়ে ব্যালেন্স বদলাতে পারে; শুধু ব্যালেন্সের পার্থক্যকে রিচার্জ ক্রেডিট বলবেন না।
Prepaid meters and recharge
- Identify the brand, model, phase and keypad/card interface.
- Use only codes matching the guide’s published scope. Money balance is not kWh.
- Inspect receipt VAT, rent, demand, arrears and emergency-credit recovery.
- Intervening consumption changes balance; balance differences are not necessarily recharge credits.
