June 2026 tariff reference; classification is determined by the utility
- বিলে লেখা LT/MT/HT/EHT কোড দেখুন; শুধু ঠিকানা বা যন্ত্র দেখে শ্রেণি অনুমান করবেন না।
- LT-A আবাসিক ও LT-E বাণিজ্যিক ছাড়াও কৃষি, শিল্প, শিক্ষা ও অস্থায়ী ব্যবহার আলাদা শ্রেণি।
- একই ভবনে মিশ্র ব্যবহার হলে বিশেষ নিয়ম থাকতে পারে; বিশেষত MT-5 প্রধানত আবাসিক ব্যবহারে সাধারণ রেট ধরে হিসাব করবেন না।
- শ্রেণি নিয়ে বিরোধ হলে বিতরণ সংস্থার ব্যাখ্যা নিন।
Identify your customer category
- Read the LT/MT/HT/EHT code on the bill rather than inferring it from address or appliances.
- Agricultural, industrial, educational and temporary uses have categories beyond residential LT-A and commercial LT-E.
- Mixed use can need special treatment, especially mainly residential MT-5 supplies.
- Ask the distribution utility to clarify disputed classifications.
